Ms. Park is a partner at Law Offices of Park & Zheng. Over the years, she has represented clients in both plaintiff and defense sides. She has been a legal counsel for numerous companies representing them in the areas of employment and labor, contracts, real estate lease and purchase, and equipment lease and purchase. She has successfully defended multi-million dollar wage and hour class actions lawsuits. She has extensive experience dealing with all types of employment dissociation, retaliation, and wrongful termination and harassment cases. Her practice further extends to representing small to medium size businesses in civil and business litigation, in both state and federal courts. Her legal experience also includes representing banks and financial institutions in commercial and real estate litigation.
Ms. Park earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at University of California, Berkeley in 1987 and her Juris Doctor’s degree at University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 1990. She is licensed to practice law in State of California and Nevada.
Ms. Park has appeared in courts all over Southern California and Northern California and is admitted to practice in United States District Court for Central District of California and for Northern District of California and as well as the 9th Circuit.
She is a member of Orange County Bar Association and is currently serving on the Executive committee of Alternative Dispute Resolution section of Orange County Bar Association. She is also member of Orange County Korean Bar Association and Orange County Asian American Bar Association.
She is a certified mediator in California and conducts private and court-appointed meditations.
Ms. Zheng is a partner at Law Offices of Park & Zheng. She has been a business and litigation attorney in California for over twelve years, specializing in business, real estate and employment law. During the past years of legal practice, she has developed extensive experience and skills in representing clients civil and business litigation, in both state and federal courts, with focus on representing banks and financial institutions in commercial and real estate litigation.
Ms. Zheng earned her Bachelor of Law from Wuhan University in 2000 and Master of Law from Fudan University in 2003. Ms. Zheng earned her LL.M. from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2004. Thereafter, she became a licensed attorney in both New York and California.
Ms. Zheng has appeared in courts all over Southern California and is admitted to practice in all the state courts of California and United States District Court for Central District of California. She is a member of Orange County Bar Association.
In addition, Ms. Zheng is also active in serving the community. She currently serves as the Secretary and a director of Orange County Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce. She also serves the Secretary of Wuhan University Alumni Association – Southern California.
